Falck is a danish rescue group that is often associated with someone you call in a critical situation. The challenge was though that the app contained informative details such as alerts, maps, etc. The existing app contained too much information that users disliked. We wanted to provide a better user experience and started researching what the core of the app contained. After printing the app windows and examining details, we realized much of it was unnecessary text. In the redesigning process, we incorporated the essential parts and developed a solution that provided better flow and user experience.
